Variation: Use milk chocolate instead of semi-sweet for a sweeter bark.

Holiday Tips

Festive presentation: Arrange peppermint bark pieces in a decorative tin or clear cellophane bags with ribbon for a beautiful holiday gift.

Creative layering: Alternate layers of dark and white chocolate for a striped effect.

Colorful twist: Use crushed red and green peppermint candies, or add holiday-themed sprinkles to make the bark extra festive.
