1/4cupgranola, chopped nuts, or mini chocolate chips
Instructions
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, letting it come up the sides so you can lift the bark out later.
In a bowl, stir together the yogurt, honey, and vanilla until smooth and evenly sweet.
Pour the yogurt onto the parchment and spread it into an even layer about 1/4-inch thick.
Scatter the berries and crunchy topping evenly over the surface, pressing them in gently.
Freeze flat for at least 3 hours, or until completely solid.
Lift the frozen slab off the parchment and break it into shards. Serve right away and keep the rest frozen.
Notes
Use thick Greek yogurt for a creamy (not icy) freeze, and don't skip the honey. Store shards in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 3 weeks.
